Ah... Winter in West Virginia, and the rest of the northeast. We got ten inches of snow Monday. I am getting a bit tired of it. All of my projects have to wait till May! All of you in warmer climates enjoy your weather. I think I would like to move to Arizona.

Honestly its not been that bad for me. we've had single digit temps on what seems like a weekly basis here in TN. I even got into a bit of snow on a jobsite last week. But Its been warm enough on the last two weekends for me to go out topless in my M. I'm still ready for spring though.

Last week here in southern Arizona when our military vehicle show happened, we had temps in the mid '70's.
Many people were in shorts and T-shirts.
"Winter" is the time when us gear heads in AZ. get most of our restoration done. Then comes SUMMER when
all of us have to hibernate from the extreme heat in July and August. Like the cold and snow in the north,
the 100 ++ days here in summer seem to drag on day after day. So, there's no utopia when it comes to
"perfect" weather.
In the mean time, stay warm..... spring can't be far off.

We're getting that storm now in Cleveland, OH. Wish my MV wasn't in a zillion pieces could have used the FWD to get to work today. When warm comes I will get back working on my truck.

I knew with the impending winter weather on the way, I needed to change out my NDT tires for something with more traction on slick roads. I picked up some Superlugs that have a lot more rubber on the road yet good tread clearing pattern. There is a big difference in handling. I will keep the NDT's for summer show. Now I think my next project ( when spring gets here ) will be power steering.

I've got Superlugs on my truck too. They certainly make it harder to steer at low speeds on pavement. They are much better on wet or snowy roads, though.

My NDT's wore out to quick for my wallet so they are only used for either real off road or shows.

My shoulders should get nice and big muscling around those Superlugs....
