Do you have cats / dogs e.g. Males. If so and your restoring a vehicle or other stuff here is a simple trick that you can do to protect your treasure. Lay plastic over your prize possition because cats hate plastic and the sound it makes. The more nosier the more they hate it. Two main reasons how cats ruin your restoring project or restored items because cats have small acid content in their paws and male cats will spray wither nutured or not. Male dogs will lift their leg to pee / mark their area which contains high concentration of acid and it eats paint, rust metal and softens wood from the inside out. Just a tib bit and pass on to other people within your circle.

Not always, because condensation is only produced when moister is in the air and is traped in a void and not ventelated. Ever seen water in Bubble Wrap. Your Air Compressure and your nose is a good example of wet air and dry air. Why in some areas people use Humidifiers, Dehumidifiers and others don't? Also why one day you have dew and another day you don't? and one last ?. if you live along the coastal lines, what else is in the air when moister is present? Salt. If you live on the coastal lines and you have dew it will have a faint salt content taste.

But if plastic is not your thing to do. You can use packaging / butcher paper will have the same efect with cats.
