Brake & Fuel Lines

I know some of you have manufactured your own lines so I'm interested to know what diameter and wall thickness did you guys use. I planning on making the brake lines out of stainless steel which will be a PITA but the fuel lines will just be steel. Can someone tell me how much tubing I will need for the brake lines and how much for the fuel lines?
