Here's the rundown - used the Eastwood silver paint on the head, manifolds, bolts. New water pump, hoses, felpro gasket kit, carb bolts, oil sender, temp sender, special nuts/washers for manifold, primer kit, new vents lines. Rebuild fuel pump T&N, rebuild carb Jim Wallace. Cleaned pistons/valves to remove carbon. Spark plugs blasted and cleaned. Charles electronic ignition module to install. 12 pack at the ready.
Q1 - should we open the 12 pack b/4 noon?
Q2 - plan on spraying the copper gasket seal on head, carb, manifolds.
Q3 - can we use the copper on the water pump gaskets, fuel pump, oil filler? Or a regular gasket prep stuff.
Q4 - should we paint the spark plugs with high temp black?
Q5- Charles we have the hi temp sealant ready for everything that takes a wrench.
Q6 - will we need more that 12?

Any other comments or tips appreciated - Keith and Zac(underage so the 12 is for the solo soldier).

Well as for the twelve pack, your asking the wrong guy, I am still working on the 12 pack I bought for Christmas It used to take a 12 pack to prime me for the task....man I'm getting old.
Generally I used the Copper spray on the head and manifold gaskets, my oil sealing cork and paper gaskets, ie: oil pan and fuel pump, I used my aviation form-a -gasket. I am partial to it however I imagine the copper spray will be fine for these. I also used the aviation form a gasket for the water pump gasket as well.
The plugs tend to rust, so some paint would not hurt. Although you said you cleaned and blasted the plugs? The metal body or the electrode end? Those air-powered spark plug blast cleaners pit the ceramic isolator and make it prone to cracking. I do not use them.
