Engine Put Back Together Tips?

Here's the rundown - used the Eastwood silver paint on the head, manifolds, bolts. New water pump, hoses, felpro gasket kit, carb bolts, oil sender, temp sender, special nuts/washers for manifold, primer kit, new vents lines. Rebuild fuel pump T&N, rebuild carb Jim Wallace. Cleaned pistons/valves to remove carbon. Spark plugs blasted and cleaned. Charles electronic ignition module to install. 12 pack at the ready.
Q1 - should we open the 12 pack b/4 noon?
Q2 - plan on spraying the copper gasket seal on head, carb, manifolds.
Q3 - can we use the copper on the water pump gaskets, fuel pump, oil filler? Or a regular gasket prep stuff.
Q4 - should we paint the spark plugs with high temp black?
Q5- Charles we have the hi temp sealant ready for everything that takes a wrench.
Q6 - will we need more that 12?
Any other comments or tips appreciated - Keith and Zac(underage so the 12 is for the solo soldier).
