window & windshield rubber installation help

I am totally new to this process so please forgive me if I am not making sense here!!
I am planning on installing the window & windshield/cowl weather stripping this weekend. I have put a framing square to the top of the doors & with the windows rolled up, the window frames are perpendicular to the doors so I believe I have the regulators adjusted correctly. If this is not correct, please advise!
The widows are NOT parallel to the windshield or the cab pillars so I hope the below is the correct process to achieve this.
The windshield needs to be tipped towards the front of the truck to increase the gap at the top of the windows relative to the windshield. Do I need to loosen the 2 bolts on each of the WS pivot brackets to do this or do I simply tip the WS forward, rotating on the WS pivot bolt?
When I get the required parallel gap, do I then adjust the brackets that the windshield rests on to support it at the new angle? Then adjust the WS clamps as well?
How do I adjust the pillars to “tip forward”? I see that they can move up/down but can I change the angle of the pillar to allow them to tip forward & end up parallel to the windshield & the window frames?
Also, I am guessing the new WS/cowl weather strip needs to be installed first before I make any adjustments to square everything up?
ALL help will be greatly appreciated & I hope I am not sounding like too much of an idiot.
Thanks, Ken
