Lower Front Grill Panel

I recently removed mine to install a big honkin' horn, on one side of the top, it's almost rusted through, where the two panels meet. Any body got a spare they can part w/? I had thought about welding material onto the afflicted area, you know, weld, grind, weld, grind?
