Good day, Its been along time since Sandy hit Breezy point and my M. She got wet, with salt water, up to the top of the tires. I re-ringed the pistons, did a valve job, freeded up the clutch plate, pressure plate., washed out the salt water, greased her and got her back on the road. Due to the salt water soaking my next step is to re-wire the truck; but I am going with a mechanical oil pressure and water temp gage. I can't get the oil pressure switch out; so my question: whats the feed and return on the oil filter?? I'll take my line from the feed.
awhile back someone suggested I use a scraper blade between the clutch plate and pressure plate, with the pedal depressed. Thanks, worked like a charm. SEE YA ALL SOON ON THE ROAD. BOB

Explain the oil pressure-sending unit not coming out? Is because of corrosion. :?: :?

I am not trying to be difficult with my response I just wasn’t comprehending the question! I guess there was a blonde moment going on.
To your question, the inlet or the top line going to the filter would be the pressure side.

THANKS, THE OIL PRESSURE SWITCH CONNECTION WON'T GIVE AND I DONT WANT TO DAMAGE THE LINE THAT FEEDS IT.
I'LL SKIN THE CAT ANOTHER WAY. I'LL USE THE TOP LINE TO THE OIL FILTER WITH A "T" AGAIN THANKS
