Be Warned I will be vetting new registrations personally so if you are a spammer hopeful of filling our forums with rubbish posts don't bother, if you are already in here and hoping to be successful, forget it, I will Remove you on sight and all forum members are armed with the report function so you will be caught and treated quickly and appropriately. I am here to serve the Military Vehicle interests of the forum members, not help peddle wares for outsiders to the hobby and I am indeed on guard!!

Don't forget Guys, if you see a distasteful, rude or goddam spammer post then please report it to me via PM and also by clicking the "Report Post" button as pictured, I can then deal with them ASAP!! When you are registering I like to see detail in your registration, where you are from etc as it makes it easier to determine as to "Who Goes There, Friend or Foe......??"

OK, I had a string of bogus registrations, I have changed a few bits in the countermeasures to try to slow them down but I have had to implement a post limit for new registrations until they are approved by one of the mods, this should limit the spread of BS while we ferret out anyone that does not belong........

Glad to hear your keeping the "riffraff" out of here!!
I do have one question Guys. I'm going to sell my Military fuel trailer we pulled home from Nebraska.
Would it be ok to post an add on here somewhere?? Don't want to put it in the wrong spot!

The Swap Meet section is just what you need and you are always welcome to put items on there, they don't even need to be strictly M37 related, just keep it within reason :-)

Hi Doc,

Sorry for the delay, I just saw this. Go back in and post a new thread in the Swap Meet section and then hit SUBMIT rather than SAVE. If I see a duplicate happen from your first post I can remove it for you.

Let me know if you need more assistance.

is there board settings that would facilitate a introduction thread ? something that all new members were subject to post in and give an introduction prior to the rest of the board opening ?

We could set it up so that the first post by a new user has to be approved by a MODERATOR ,like it was a while ago. I don't think that this is needed right now, I think we have only had to BAN about 5 users and IPs so far this year.

Thanks to everyone that has helped report the SPAM postings, they have been removed.

With the entire internet out there to raise hell and sell your illegal junk
it amazes me people have to try to screw up something good like this site.
My very humble "Thank You" for keeping this M/V forum pure.

"There are basically two types of people.
People who accomplish things,
and people who claim to have accomplished things.
The first group is less crowded."

It appears the Russian Spammer sites have developed a taste for the site, I have eliminated a bunch of bogus registrations and set new registrations to go through me and first posts to be vetted prior to posting.....
I will not stand for this crud on Robi's site, if you see anything out of sorts please PM or E-Mail the awesome moderators or myself.
