Guys I am parting three M37's getting ready for a BIG layoff coming next week and time to push some M37 stuff onto the sale block. I have nice beds some doors a real nice set of fenders, lots of running gear and various other parts. I even have an NOS right complete bedside it is on Ebay but is for sale local too. Let me know if you need something. I am in the North East corner of Vermont but may be going as far South as CT or even possibly NC in the near future to some freinds that need work done. My xm708 is not on the sale block or my 7 year old would hurt me.... I have pics if needed.

Ed, what ever happened with that "prototype" we were watching? I still like it.

prototype is still hiding down there and I have tried and tried to get the guy to buck up and tell me when and where to go but I think he offended the owner and now they think it is worth a fortune and may have decided to put it on ebay .. I have not given up on it yet. Money will be a little tighter soon but this may be a blessing letting me concentrate more on my hooby/passion. I have a lead on three civilian power wagons and a few m37's so I see the collection growing quickly..

Hi Ed,

Any chance you have an ignition filter and the bracket it mounts to on the firewall on the early M37s? My M came with it missing and VTDEUCEDRIVER pointed me in your direction. If you have more than one let me know that too.....it wouldn't hurt to have a spare for when I get my next M. :o)

Hi Ed,

Thanks.

Any chance you have a good passenger seat back? I only need the metal parts, as my frame and springs are rusted beyond repair, but if it comes with a cushion I'm still game.

regards,
bob

Hi VT,

Thanks, but I ended up calling John this morning and ordering way more stuff than I should have. He had the filters (NOS) for $15 each, so I bought a few. I'm going to take a look at one when it gets here and might want some help following your example of gutting it and running a direct wire from input to output. Sounds like a smart thing to do.

Well if he has em NOS, run it and keep one as a spare under the driver seat.....................I got some emergency parts tucked away under the seat in a WW2 30 cal can............................Hense my Korean era themed M-37
