Are You SURE M37's Didn't Have Seatbelts ???

Hi Guys,
In a previous post I was told M37's didn't come with seatbelts, and I was ok with that. But today I got looking at the seat belts for my driver's seat and I find it odd they mount to holes in the back of the floor with captive nuts. Meaning the nuts were welded from underneath for SOMETHING, if not seat belts. My truck was never registered or titled, as it spent it's whole life on a farm, so I find it hard to believe someone took the time to add seat belts, especially to the passenger seat. I know that on my farm equipment I take the seat belts off....not on. They just get in the way.
I posted a pic of the seat belts in question in the Picture Gallery under Biob Brucato. Yeah, I screwed up my first name and can't change it.........so no laughing. But check out the pic and let me know what would be bolted to the rear floor where my belts are attached if those captive holes are not for seat belts.
thanks,
bob
