I decided I better move this topic to the proper place for non-M-37 conversation.
I found the manufacture data plate as Bruce suggested. It reads as follows.

our nearest Dealer or Distributor
This is a new one on me!
I did find out Electric Wheel Co. sold out to Titan Wheel who are still in business in Quincy.
