I just picked up a 1953 M-37 Dodge Power Wagon [Marine Corp] . I'm new to this type of truck and wanted to find people who are in to the truck and love there M-37's . I traded my M38A1 for the M-37. The Dodge runs and drives [a little] and has it's rust spots. I need parts that need to be replaced or are not there. I do like this Power Wagon alot! Hope to make new fiends here and see all the projects turn in to something a ower would be proud of. Miles....

Welcome to the site and the wonderful world of Me7's and Power Wagons. Yea the Dodge will sure be a difference over the Jeep you had, but they are great trucks, just get used to everyone calling your M37 a Jeep.

Yes I have heard of people calling the M-37 a Jeep... I'm in Redding California and we have rain for a couple of days. Free car wash for my Dodge. I just bought two tires 9.00 x 16 off ebay for $325 + $140 to ship. Is there any other place to get tires cheap? And do they still make this tire ????

Welcome and since it hasn't been said yet, WE LIKE PICTURES!!!!!
They still make tires, though only Firestone and STA (formerly McCreary) are doing it. There are a few places, most advertise in the Military magazines. Universal, Coker come to mind and there is a place in TX that I can't remember off hand. Watch for cracking on the older tires, Denman's are older.
If you are looking for a place where folks love their M37s this is it!
I think it's Wallace Wade in TX.

Hey 1953 M-37! I'm not a Facebook guy but I did try and look at your pictures. Could not get on your page for some reason!! Have you considered putting a picture album on this site????? Click on the "pics" link and check it out! Pretty much self explanatory, and if this old truckdriver can figure it out I'm sure you'll have no problem! Let us know if you need help.
My Wife's 1952 M-37 and our trailers are posted on the "Tim Powell" album!

Look at the line right above the Board Index. Click on the "Pics" link. That will take you to the photo albums! It fairly simple!! Follow the instructions!
