Its aromatic flavors have suggested Gewürztraminer as a wine that is suitable for drinking with Asian cuisine. It goes well with Hirtenkäse, Munster cheese, and fleshy, fatty (oily) wild game. Smoked salmon is a particularly good match. Its also a good choice with ether 24087 or 23070...

I like it, but I prefer a Pino Gris..... or better yet TREMBEC from the Alsatian Region. :P

My Greek friend brought me some "Raki" last week. Basically moonshine made from the leftover wine grape pulp. It had a pleasant aftertaste but initially it taste like carb cleaner

Raki is traditionally produced by twice distilling grape pomace (or grape pomace that has been mixed with ethanol) in traditional copper alembics of 5000 litres, and flavoring it with aniseed.

Ethanol !!!!!!! It is Carb. Cleaner............
