Question on spare tire bed mount

Is there a spacer or something that goes under the spare tire bed mount where it is bolted to the top edge of the front bed panel? I ask this because the top flat part of the mount slants down to meet the bed front panel at an angle and was wondering if there is a special piece that is beveled to provide a flat mating surface when it's bolted up. I've looked at photos and they all seem to slant down but haven't seen any closeups at that point. I've also seen a spacer listed in the parts list but no illustrations are provided. The spacer listed in the parts book is called " Spacer, spare wheel locking bracket to front panel" part no. CC-1278039. Sounds like what I need but is this the thing that does the trick? Anybody got a photo of it?
Thanks for now and in the past.

GOOD MORNING,
I installed my spare tire bed mount last year, got it form snake river; it bolted right up, no spacers needed. All the pre-drilled holes were right on.
GOOD LUCK BOB

Thanks guys,
After looking at the whole situation I realized that the holes in the bottom of the bracket were drilled slightly off center which threw off how it sat in the bed, a bit of filing fixed it.
