Sand Blasted and Powder coated parts

I finally got a day off and my event planner (wife) didn't have anything planned for me so I went out to the pole barn and started to sand blast the last few engine parts. I worked all day Saturday on the M.

Now that I figured out how to post pictures, here are a few of my progress. I think the semi-gloss black parts on the engine will look good with the OD block color. I also staightened, sandblasted and powder coated the engine compartment splash guards.

Installed Redi-sleeve on crankshaft pulley hub. Yes I did deburr and put sealant on the hub before I installed the sleeve.

Lookin' good. It's starting to get cold here in Wisconsin and the days of outdoor blasting are getting fewer and fewer  I still have a ways to go before I can blast the bigger things like cab and fenders. My blast cabinet in the garage is going to get a workout this winter.

Lookin' good, Highway! I'm still waiting on my speedy sleeve to arrive so I haven't made any progress this week except catching up on some rest. High high winds are predicted here for the next 24 hours-sustained winds at 60 and gusts to 75mph so I'm glad my M is in the garage!
