PDF file on an iPhone

What is the best way to get a PDF file on an iPhone? I am trying to get a 100MB PDF file onto my iPhone so i can read it on the go, but every app that i've tried fails because the file is too big. Is there any easy way to do it without an app or something? Is there an app that works well that would upload a bigger file? I have tried apps like stanza and files lite. I have a mac computer by the way.
