That means TP45?
For sive metal handles are on both sides of the box?. This photo is top right:

TP 45 is Tire pressure 45 pounds per square inch or 3.1 BAR

Carlos,
As to your arrow in the above pic, I believe those are the anchor brackets for the canvas strap that hold down the Cargo top bows in the "stored" position.

The bolts in the picture look like hex head bolts. When they took the straps off the Phillips head screws were probably tossed out and the hex head bolts installed. As mentioned earlier this bracket is used to strap down the cargo bows in the stored position. Ed
