I have tried to post pictures here, but they all come up as too large. I am either too stupid or too lazy to resize them so here is a link to a gallery of pictures from the beginning of the project to the present. Still a ways to go, but getting there.

Tim, I will check out your pics.
Tim, you are not stupid. Only this week I finally figured out how to use the "quotation" function here
Try this, open the pics (you are running windows?) in Office picture manager. This should be the default when you go to "my pictures" and open a pic. Right click and you should get a task box. Click on "edit pictures". You will see a promt to "resize". Click that on "web large" or "web Small" and then close and re-save. That should reduce your pics to be able to be posted directly here

Hi, Tim! I checked out the first 20 or so of your truck pics and I gotta say two things.
(1) Thanks for picking the "correct" color for your truck! There aren't nearly enough blue ones around.
(2) Even though it's not "correct," I like the way you painted certain parts black for contrast. It wouldn't "pass muster," but it looks great!

Thanks Guys!
I took it for its first cruise yesterday, up and down the driveway a few times, even got it stuck in the field alongside my drive and had to try the 4 wheel drive to get out! I took the opportunity to wind the new winch cable on, with my long suffering wife at the controls. Brought it back into the shop and a few minutes later noticed a puddle of oil under the front of the engine. Well, with no front sheetmetal yet it wasnt too bad a project to swap out the seal, as I had one anyway. Got it all back together, and it seems like it was holding.
Pretty exciting to feel it move on its own power!

Tim,
Your truck looks great! Very clean. I know know what you mean about feeling good to get it moving under its own power.
Mine is finally moving under its own power (318 poly V8) also after two years. I had better get that front cover designed that we had talked about . It sounds like you may be needing it soon.
