m37 tools and jack etc

hi,does anyone out there know where the tool kit and jack were kept and mounted in these trucks ??? yes the obvious thought is the bed doors but did the just bounce around in there ??? was all the stuff in there ?? anything under the seat in cab ?? no hold downs or containment ??? how and where was this stuff when taken for shipment ??? thanks
