I too would like to know this information, as I too have to install new weatherstripping in the doors. I have done the windows but not the doors.

Sid Beck, John @ Midwest Mil both have it, it is a normal profile, heck, NAPA might even have it? I did get mine from Sid, trim or stop at each hinge, there are two sheetmetal screws on either side of the door, on the bottom of 'em, on either side of the weep holes. There's two different colors of the cement (3M), yellow & black, do yourself a favor, get & use the black stuff. Easier/quicker clean-up!

MW has all the pieces except the ones that mount inside the glass opening at the top of the door. John told me "good luck"!

Does this help any? If your holes are rusted, you could try larger screws, or nut & bolt? (after removing all the rust, or maybe welding in some new metal)
BTW, Memphis still has quite a few NOS Passenger Doors!

I paid a purty-sum for a T/O from VPW, close to that w/shipping, it turned out almost as nice as the NOS door!

If you call Memphis E, they will sell you one for $150 I think, passenger only?

What do the clips on the bottom of the door actually do and are they necessary? Thanks

The clips mechanically hold the ends of the door mounted w/s and prevent them from coming loose. Those ends overlap and make contact with the body mounted w/s that runs along the rocker area. Over time, with door closing, dirt, etc. that area takes a lot of abuse. If you get a tear in the w/s, you may find it tears all the way up leaving only the glued portion stuck to the vehicle and the w/s a FOD!
