Winch and wiper questions

I just found a winch LU4 which does not have any of the mounting hardware. I already have a pto but the lower lever pivot mounting bracket or what ever it's called is missing. I have a lead on a set of front bumpers but don't know how much might be missing from them. I may need winch mounting brackets, frame extinsions, definitely need the pto levers, floor lock bracket, pivot mount bracket and eventually cable, chain etc. Anyone have a source other than brand new for these parts? I would like the winch to work but, in reality if it doesn't for now, it will be for show until I can gather enough coin to do it right. Another question, where can I get the correct wiper vacuum switch? I see one on ebay but I can't believe it costs $18 to ship. Last question, are vacuum wipers supposed to park and stay up? My wipers drift down to the vertical position as I am driving.

The wipers are supposed to return to top after the vacuum switch is turned off, for them to drop slowly might indicate a leak. NAPA had a small metal vacuum valve similar that might work.

M37 wipers have the individual switch on the wiper motor.

I don't know of a source for "used" winch parts-best bet is the guys/gals on this forum, or one of the HMV vendors. A regional swap meet would also be a good place to score if you can wait a couple of months when they start gearing up....

Thanks guys for the winch info. The wipers on my truck don't have any switches, they may be from some other vehicle, Jeep maybe.
