Our site, www.mseriesrebuild.com has just been updated to include some recently completed projects. One of the nicest M37 projects we have done owned by Doug & Kelli Crickey is on page 1 of the photo/client section; over 200 photos are there in a slide show format. Some links to a couple of recently built engines are on the services page. Check it out if you have interest.

Your customer projects always inspire, Charles. Maybe one day I will be able to drop by for a tour.

Charles,

Great looking truck.

Are the windshield wipers stock? I didn't see any pictures of the upper inside of the cab to tell. They look more robust. What motor and blades are you using? Any chance of posting a picture of them?

OK, It's the BEST one Yet, out of Norwood, NC!
I was wondering about the rim/wheel color choice, I like it, but I don't know why?

Look on the services page under M35A2 electric wiper system, click on the photo link to see pictures of the same motors, arms, and blades.

The usual color choices are strictly owners spec, that's where the rim color choice came from as did the owner supplied mud flaps. We just fabricated brackets to mount them.

They look like robust wipers. Are they plug and play?

Not exactly plug and play, they come with instructions. The reason it is a little more complicated is because there are some suggested mods involved in the installation of the motors that greatly improve the blade sweep area. It isn't absolutely necessary to mount them this way, but it makes a way better system. So it's kind of up to the installer, we only suggest a better way.

Charles,

Thanks for the info. When I get to that point I'll definitely give you a call.

My frame goes to the media blaster tomorrow AM! Now the fun begins.

I've started a blog if anyone is interested in my M37 rebuild with a Cummins 4BTA:

Charles the rebuild is amazing and looks great. I really like all the pictures. Hey that's my engine hanging around in the beginning :D
You and the Crickey's must feel rightfully proud of the truck !!
Do you know when the segment will air ??
Can't wait to see it.

Yep, that's the truck your engine came from.

We are told the segment will air on an episode of My Classic Car in the late winter or early spring, 2011. All the interviews are edited over the winter months, so we really don't know what will be on the show at this time. The administrators of the star city motor madness show want to air 3-4 weeks prior to the event next June, not sure if they can make that happen as yet either. I'm told we will be notified of the exact timing in advance, so I'll let you know when I find out.
