NP200 and NP205 Parts interchange

Does anyone know if the output yoke will interchange between the NP200 and NP205?
I'm planning to convert my NP200 to a centered rear output (I know that drive shaft adapters have been used to mate the shaft to the drum brake yoke). I'm just entertaining a thought at the moment. I'm fairly sure that the output on the NP200 and the NP205 is a 10 spline yoke or flange. NP205s used a flat flange on the front output and I'm wondering if it could be swapped in place of the NP200 rear output? I could then either re-drill the brake drum to fit the new output flange, and use a standard Gm driveshaft, or I could install one of the newer disc brake parking brakes place of the drum.
Another thought would be to just swap the Stock driveshaft yoke over to the center output, and again redrill the drum to match the different flange bolt pattern.
Any thoughts anyone?
