What is the remaining tread depth and how well do they hold air. I could use a "snow" set.
Thanks

Tires aren't cheap for sure-I just ordered a new NDT with tube and flap shipped to me in CA --$268. I wanted to have a full set of 5 that I wouldn't need to worry about once I hit the road, and the first four I got from the same vendor (Wallace Wade) for under $750, so they sure have gone up....

All the tires hold air, look at the pic's and you can judge for yourself. the sidewalls show some cracks and cuts...I hope this helps.

I am looking to upgrade the tires on my m43 and m37, some are weather checked and not the best, I only use the vehicles for parades and they have been holding up but would feel better with tires that look a little better.. I am not in the market for new ones only good used ones... I also have a 2nd m37 with 20 inch deuce tires mounted and thats why I would like some mounted m37 tires with rims.. please let me know what you may have and prefer in Wisconsin as shipping is a killer... neuby47@hotmail.com

Inquire if your local tire place can obtain NDT's. I bet with not much trouble they could. It'd be no worse for them than obtaining any other tire. The tire place I've dealt with in Md (thanks Carter D) is just a regular tire outfit if I'm not mistaken, however they can get Denman NDT easily.

M37 WITH NO SPARK

Posted: Sun Apr 04, 2010 7:55 am
by dozenjeeps
I have two m37's and a m43, one of the m37's that I bought recently I am unable to get spark out of the distributor... I do have power going in the distriblutor, I have 2 spare coils and tried checking them according to the manual and they are either shot or I am doing it wrong... Anyway this is a nice hardtop complete truck with a great body and Braden winch with a 24 volt Western plow... truck does turn over good but like I said no spark to the plugs, I am ordering points and condenser and then trying my other coils... looking for ideas to fix so I can sell her as I do not need two of these... I will sell the whole thing now as is for 5000.00 if you are looking for a nice solid m37 and I do mean nice... email for pics if interested, also has good Wis title...
