I am resealing the front axle today but the inner axle seal doesn’t want to come out. Any tips?

I am assuming you mean the axle seal itself and not the hub seal.
The inner most front axle oil seal sits behind the axle shaft bronze bushing. If you have not removed the bushing you must. Do not try to remove both at once. Don't beat or pry on this bushing.
I used a slide hammer with the expandable two jaw end. First postion the puller jaw teeth between the seal and the bushing. Expand the puller jaws at the base of the bushing. Make sure of a good fit to avoid cracking or damaging the bushing. A few gentle slides and the bushing should come out. It should not be difficult as over the years oil and grease tend to wick there way between the bronze and steel.
The seal is not very thick and should come out with a seal pick or the slide hammer with little effort. When re-installing the bushings I used a little Loctite 690 retaining compound. If your bushings are worn or damaged replace them while you are in there.
If I missed something the gang will chime in. Good luck :)

Pullers didn't work on mine. I had to pull the axle shafts, center chunk, drive out the short side from the center chunk out to the right, then had to run a a piece of 1 inch sqare tubing from right all the way through to the left seal and bushing in order to drive it out.
