GOOD MEMORIAL DAY

Sunday I got my fenders down from the garage attic and temporarly bolted them on with two bolts each. I wanted to park what I had done of my truck by the flagpole Memorial Day. I forgot how huge these fenders are
I started Monday with the proper flag ceremony and put then put the M37 and my cannon next to the flag pole. Even a half finished truck got looks all day
I was even invited to a car show with it as is next Sunday. I put pics in my album.
We took some time out to visit the cemetaries as our fathers were both veterans.
Later when we got back and it was time to put the Dodge away I got my passenger seat cushion out and offered the wife a ride for the first time since I brought it home in 2005. I made several laps around the back forty, got up to about 35mph. Hitting a couple divits in the field made for some good laughs. I even negotiated a small 45 degree hill. Can't wait to get it on the road. I am still having brake issues though, even with the pressure check valves installed I must still pump the pedal once to get a hard brake. I have bled about 2 quarts of fluid through so it can't be air?
Hope everybody had a good Memorial Day
