5/16 tubing from the M/C to the splitter block, 1/4 tubing the rest of the way.

On a stock, un-modified truck the line from the MC to the frame "T" is 5/16" dia.
The rest of the lines along the frame are 1/4" seamless steel. Check TM 9-8030, page 345 for the correct lengths and descriptions.
