Everything connected and ready for start-up. It was late in the day and we decided to not fire it up until we had a full day to run it and check for any problems.

Nice job and looks like its coming together - just in time for winter. Lived in Fredrick MD awhile ago. Nice area.

Appreciate the comments, thanks. We were going to start it yesterday but posponed due to the 15 degree windy weather and also not today with temps in the same range. I'm a little guy, 155lbs with no insulation who freezes with temps that cold and ask Ralph if we could delay for temps at least above freezing. BURR! What global warming :?: Where :?:

Carter,
The engine project looks great. I bet you guys can't wait to hear it fire up. I hear ya about the cold. Iwas in my garage Sunday and it was 12F. I managed to tinker for about an hour and called it quits..I need to get a heater out there.

Thanks David, we are wanting to start it and hear it run but the temps. keep me from rushing to do so. Ralph has a really nice big shop with a large wood stove that is great in any weather except all but the coldest of windy days. If I was working in my shop I would be OK since I also have a wood stove and also a torpedo K1 burner and an insulated ceiling but we had decided to work at Ralphs in order to avoid having my truck and M101 trailer with the mounted genset stand out in the weather. Monday is the new target start-up day with temps in the high 40s forcast.
