Thanks again guys for making the old man look like a hero and a know it all for the last year while Zach and I worked on his truck. He learned a true appreciation for hard work, knowledge, and dad doing a "freak out"!!! For part 2, he has been showing his truck to veterans' groups, senior's groups, and provides parade transportation for disable vets. He has been picked up in a few newspapers and was interviewed for the attached clip from the local TV. He has his congressional interviews for the Air Force Academy coming up. Anyone know a General??
Please enjoy a few moments with my son in the link - you have to click on his photo, sit thru a commercial and then see him. God Bless the Vet!

That is just a great news clip! Zach looks like an organized and thoughtfull young man. You guys did a fantastic job. As a father of 2 boys in the airforce I wish him all the luck in the world in his quest to get into the academy.

Major General Thomas G. Cutler is the Adjutant General for the state of MI. He is a Zoomy so maybe send a letter to him telling him how one of his own wants to go to the USAFA...maybe he'll give a good word? Couldn't hurt.
Nice

The link didn't take me to a video clip, but I'm glad he's been "scoring points" with the truck. As a retired "zoomie," I also wish him the best of luck in making it into the AF Academy.

Thanks much for the kind words. I just wanted to let you know that the "real" project had nothing to do with the M37. I'll let you know how we are doing and we appreciate your words of support.

Keith and Zach, Great story and great looking truck. Wonderful that veterans are being remembered! Zach, I wish you the best of luck with the Air Force Academy (from a retired Navy man). Also nice to hear that you are involved with Habitat for Humanity.
