The snorkel doesn't "stow" . It remains mounted so it can look odd (in a nice way) and catch rain water. Some have put the mushroom caps atop theirs to shield it from water.

is there a bracket/flange where the aircleaner comes through the hole in the hood side where the blank plate is?

is there a tm that shows all the contents of the fording kit?

I'm thinking that there is one that comes w/ the kit itself?
