What parts would you recommend to change when the clutch goes bad? Can these parts be bought locally?

All of the clutch parts are readily available from various vendors we use here on the forum. NAPA can get them for you locally but will be more than if you shop around. You can save $$ even with shipping being a savvy shopper. If you are going to do the job you will want to re-face or replace the flywheel, replace the pilot bushing, pressure plate, clutch disc, throw-out bearing and return spring. Ck. the bushings for the bellhousing clutch fork while you are there. For re-assembly, I procured an NOS tranny input shaft on eBay for $10, less than the cost of an alignment tool.
I am sure the gang will add anything I missed.

.. Ott's Friction Service in Portland, OR to replace my brake linings, repop my clutch disk, rebuild my clutch cover, send them back to me UPS for right at $200.

(I live 180 miles east of Portland, brought the parts to them)

Would suspect that you could have your parts redone or replaced by a shop doing business in friction parts that is local to your area.

I requested that my new linings and clutch be made of modern materials to help avoid sticking problems that older Dodge parts are known for.
