I sold a real nice working one that goes on the fender/mirror bracket on here for 100 bucks, the pics of mine should still be on here somewhere if anyone needs pics of how they are mounted.

I say if you've got photos post them!
This seems to be "THE" place to get info on this part...

I'll add some pictures of my spotlight to my album pictures (Since I'm not good at adding them to a posting yet)

Here you go! Came out pretty good...had to use bushings to mount the aftermarket light in the tube. This was because the stock he used was just a HAIR larger. I attached the bracket directly under the rear view mirror instead of right to it.
He did a wonderful job, very pleased!

A friend did the work, so I don't know how much it would cost retail.
Only downside is I had to run a separate ground wire because I used plastic bushings.

Just for what its worth... I had been curious about the lights themselves. I had a friend build me a mount from the plans I found here or somewhere on line. After looking at one of the previous posts from Longhunter7 and doing some on line searching I found the following information which some may find useful. I thought I would share since some may not have access to the system to look this type stuff up.
I found a spot light on ebay that has the nsn of 6220-00-790-7780. Just from general appearance it looks like the spotlight on the M201 to me. I went into Haystacks (supply look-up) and did a query on the nsn. What comes up on the master cross reference list are part numbers: A-A-52488, 10333, 15700, S6-125-24V, 10572-1-25, 6220007907780 and MS51307-2. The different part numbers are usually different manufacturers that fall under the same NSN. At the bottom of the page it lists several NSN’s that were superseded by 6220-00-790-7780, they are 6220-00-738-5902, 6620-00-642-0002 and 6220-322-2546. This last NSN is the same as listed in the post above from Longhunter7. So it appears to me that this spot light listed on ebay under the more current NSN is more or less the same spotlight, as would be any other spotlight with any of the before listed NSN's or part numbers. The revisions were most likely contract changes that may have changed the wire connector, or lack of one. Could also have something to do with paint color or the details of the switch maybe. The one on ebay seems to be 383 CARC and have no connector on the wire. From a supply/Logistics standpoint one is a replacement for the other as far as I can tell. If you are searching for a light... It gives you a few different numbers to search for. If you find one on ebay it could help you know that it should work out before you plop down the money. (insert standard disclaimer here)
