One thing to point out about Beachwood is they are an "Approved U.S. Government DOD Contractor" like in 200.00 hammers. I can't believe there quality is that much better than the rest. I've bought all my canvas from WEEBEE webbing, I've got four MV's, and the quality is superb. I'd rather buy from a mom and pop company that does all there own sewing ,than a big company that has employees doing it. As for the suggestion that all the cabs are different and you rivet in your own pieces,thats a really good salesman covering his butt! Just my nickels worth.

DJ;
I too bought all my canvas from WeeBee webbing and I consider them first rate in quality and customer service.
From what I noticed when I received my top, the canvas comes a little over sized, I guess due to the expected shrinkage over time. This leeway in the canvas should be enough to allow an individual to fit it to their vehicle without too much trouble. My brackets were riveted in and my top fit on without too much fanfare. To expect the customer to do this step is a copout on the manufacturers part and should have been reflected in the price, for if it were me, I'd expect at this point to have paid less for the top since its expected of me to have to install the last item.
In my opinion the guy telling Jeff that each top is different and that its better for the customer to install the brackets was just a CYA tactic on their part.
