Compression numbers?
Hood is coming back, I wonder what caused the flaking/potato chipping, improper prep maybe?

Hood done! Even got my thermal diffusers installed.

Looks good. Are the thermal diffusers ties to anything specific or do they just dissipate engine heat from under the hood?

They will probably help some with the heat after shutdown, but I imagine with the mechanical fan and the open underside to the engine bay there should be plenty of airflow while the engine is running. Did you make those vents or are they from another application? Either way, they look good.

The vents came off of some kind of military vehicle, had screens under them- bought them on ebay.

Here is how I managed to extract the bottom seal screws- lots of kroil and patience--all came out.
