Had a chance to try out the lift using my Chevy Silverado. Swing arms were hard to move due to accumulated dirt and lack of lube but after placing them under the frame and pushing the button switch it raised to full height with no problem and with almost no change in motor/pump sound between no load and hoisting the truck. Left it up over an hour with the locks disengaged with no drift down. When the temps moderate some, ( 12F. in the garage today ) the arms will come off and a thorough clean & lube should make locating them under the vehicle much easier. Have not tried lifting the M, it has the snow blade mounted on front and with all that weight forward worry about stability. Next time I will get some action shots.

Hi Bruce, I wanted to take some shots but it was late afternoon and the light was wrong. Next time will try on the morning when the sun shines into the bay. I have ordered some solid film lubricant and will do the lift chain and the telescoping arms and that should make lift arm adjustments easier.

I will be waiting and would enjoy that a lot.

I have wire wheeled, dry film lubed the telescoping extension arms and used a rust converter on the rest then painted over that so far. Doing all that to 4 arms took several days which allowed the various coatings drying time.

I cant wait to see the m37 in the air

Soon, just need to take the blade off when the threat of snow reduces.
