Kinda cold in the south. Got to work this morning and the thermometer read 4F degrees. One building at work has no water and another has busted pipes.

I like how people forget though. I remember around here in the early 80's trying to get my car started at -10F. The old Toyota was the only car in the apartment complex that would fire that day.

No major snow here but our high yesterday was -3F. I have re-named the man cave "Ice Station Zebra"

Yesterday was 5F when I got up....today it's more than doubled that to 12F. Supposed to be in the 40's by Saturday.......thinking about opening up the pool early with a heat wave like that coming!

I just finished plowing off another 8" with my trusty old skid steer (I hate shoveling ) The standing snow level is halfway up the machine, and I can't pile the banks any higher now... I've got more snow now, than what I had all last year (and we got hammered last year for snow... )
