I would like some hubs for my M37, mostly for easy of steering in 4x2 mode. I use it in four wheel drive, but pretty gingerly, and not that often. Based on the costs I have seen here, would the AVM or the Selectro be recommended for light duty 4x4 usage? I like the look of the Selectro more, and I have to wonder if it is a better unit since it costs a hundred dollars more

Just ordered Selectros from Tom at Snake River 4x4.

I bought my Selectros from Tom also and they are well constructed units.

I got a set of selectro hubs from Tom and have just fitted them,didnot take to long it seems a bit quieter(could be just wishfull thinking),am off for a longish run next weekend so will see if the mpg is any better.Thanks for all the advic etc.

Should be quieter since your front drive line isn't turning while in the "free" position-should steer easier too.
