Good morning Bert, This is what I aquired: tm9-2320-21,tm9-2320-212-20p,tm9-1840a---to10-75b-15,cdn-veh-d1-14-cdn-m37repair man.,tm9-2520-232-35,tm9-840, Is this a good set or do I need other books to help me? Please let me know, he sent me these, with these books he told me this will help greatly.(I know I need mechanics 101)haha, thanks again VT

Good morning VT,
The pictures are from TM 9-8030 this is the Op & Org Maintenance. I would also recommend TM 9-8031-2 for Power train, Body & Frame.
Mechanics 101 will come from twisting the wrenches, these trucks are so simple to work on compared to the modern crap.
Your fuel pump should bolt right up with no special indexing of the engine, just tighten the bolts down equally with a little patience.

Bert, Thanks again for your help. (I will be on that TM asap) Myself and VT&1/2 was very worried about putting the fuel pump back. Almost everyone we talked to said BE CAREFUL a pump has to be set right to a engine... You have relieved our tentions from 2 days ago. Rain today no chance for work. QUESTION: We recieved 2 gaskets with pump, should I use 1 or both?????

I saw your other thread about the gasket / fuel pump and I believe Charles has answered that for you. Now we need to pictures of your project truck.
