Well guys, I own a leather shop and I have made my own cargo cover as well as seat covers and top for my M37. Tim and I are working on a cockpit cover idea so I am sure I can make up a bikini top. Manufacturing leather items keeps me pretty busy but If none of the big names in canvas seem interested, I will get a design made up and work up a price ( it will be way less than $300 ) and see if anyone is interested.

Funny I own a leather shop too and have a heavy sewing machine. If WVCharlie can't get it done I'm sure I could. And yes the price would be way less than Beechwood. Off the top of my head to do it in canvas would be $75-100, but that's a ballpark figure. Out of leather then you're talking closer to the Beechwood price...
