I know Paddy I remember your postings. Yes we had 2 of them in the Battalion. They were used as coffee wagon and parts trucks, And were flat bedded from the armory to camp and back. I Guess you could have called them Trailer Queens

My truck came with the complete log book which starts with the truck and a trailer being issued. As I recall it has the pages mentioned as well as a Lube Chart, accident forms and some pages of general operating proceedures which are issued by General Abrahms. Seems there is also a piece of folded plastic and some other pages. I am currently in Florida doing the "Tar Ball" thing and the truck is in Idaho so I'm afraid thats all I can recall off the top of my head.

If you would not mind when you get home can you post the form numbers listed on the bottom of the forms?
I would like to make up a log book for my truck.
