Unity USA has an Historical Archives tab on thier website.

I talked to customer service at Unity USA. They did not make the bracket just the spotlight. So it was probably Dodge or the Signal Corps that made the bracket.
The 24 volt bulb part number for the S6 is 125A-4530. The S6 shell is still available.
