$10 heads in PA

There is a fellow on eBay selling heads. He won't take PayPal and he won't ship. Says he will scrap them if the don't sell in 3 days. Someone in the area could get some parts very inexpensive if he is legit. ( and if you can get some of his heads, I would buy one and pay shipping )

The listing shows he has 100% positive feedback and it says he accepts PayPal unless it says otherwise somewhere else? Sellers are allowed to sell stuff as local pickup only.
