Are you suggesting that 3,500 RPM is NOT "redline?" ;)

Seriously, what does it idle at??

no problem, your English is much, much better than my greek! :D

should redline at around 6K, for now...

Eventual plan is to stick a 440source.com 496" forged stroker kit in it, with aluminum heads. Then she should make 4 digit power levels and spin to the moon and back.

To answer your question M37UK: The FORCE...coincidently the next day I had the cap off on the reman while it was installed in the engine for the first time. Low and behold the rotor was at the two oclock position at TDC. It was not assembled right by the rebuilder.

LOL !!

Obviously the Force is with you !!

Got a throttle cable hooked up finally. hooked up the IAC valve, it lights right off now. Turned the main fuel trim down, which works great at idle, but, it stumbles when you dip into the throttle now... I will have to turn it back up, and trim out the fuel at the idle points in the fuel curve. Also discovered that BOTH valve covers are leaking, BAD. Awesome. That'll be fun to fix with the turbos diretly over both :(

I AM SURE YOU WILL FIND THE PTOBLEM. IT IS AN ELECTRIC FAN RIGHT? ARE ATHE WIRES ALLOWING JUICE TO GO THROUGH? ONE OF THEM MIGHT BE SNAPPED INSIDE IT. ALSO DOES YOUR ACTIVATING VALVE WORK? I HAD AN INCIDENT WITH A FIAT ONCE THAT A NEW VALVE INSTALLED ON THE RADIATOR WOULD NOT WORK. I REPLACED THAT, AND HAD INSTALLED A BYPASS WITH A SWITCH ON THE DASH, SO IF IT EVER GOT STUCK AGAIN I GOULD TURN ON THE FAN REGARDLESS. :)

Am I missing something? I saw the two initial threads on this truck. I also saw the ad for you selling it and advertising a 4bt cummins in it. However I didn't see any thread about you changing from the twin turbo BBD to a 4bt Cummins. I am very interested in seeing the BBD build thread.

Yeah he dumped the twin turbo concept and put a 4BT in there. Then sold the truck.
